NG Design is a company located in Pazardzhik, an industrial area  approx. 100 km north from Sofia and its business is the realization of die-casting moulds and trimming tools not only for PFB and LMB but also for third companies.

It was founded in 2009 and since several years, it has become reference supplier for Eastern European companies, which produce die-cast components for industrial, mechanical and lighting sectors.

The workshop is equipped with 10 milling centers DMG with 3 and 4-axis, 2 erosion machines and 5 workstations for tooling assembly and adjustment and 25 people are employed in it.

The company’s high-speed milling centers can be directly programmed by 8 different CAD/CAM workstations through software as Solidworks and PowerMill. Thanks to this technology, company’s milling centers give shape even to complex surfaces in a short time and in a precise way.

An additional support to parts’ industrialization and moulds’ design is offered and granted by the use of PROCAST software.
